I bet you feel a bit overwhelmed? Believe me, I can relate. I was the same way when my daughter was born 5 years ago. Frankly, I had such a hard time, and I’m almost embarrassed to admit it to you.
A little bit about me and my early mothering years. My career has been focused on health and fitness, with a strong back ground in personal training and teaching yoga over the course of the last 20 years. Yet, I found it really hard to find time to practice yoga or exercise for myself, and struggled with my new role. With the sleep deprivation in full force, learning to breastfeed, to take care of my little one and occasionally get shower in, I was overwhelmed.

In the Denver area, I am have trained dozen of yoga teachers to teach baby yoga and worked with thousands of new moms and baby’s. Sharing these techniques, has served many and is bringing yoga to many generations. Some of my moms, have followed me from prenatal yoga, to baby and toddler, to kids yoga (kids are now 4 years old). Some have said I am the baby yoga whisperer. I don’t know about that, I just love the little ones.
