Baby Yoga complements Baby Massage wonderfully. Although a relatively new concept to the US, Baby Yoga has been practiced in other cultures for hundreds of years. In India, it is traditional for new born babies to receive a daily massage and some yoga from birth.

Baby Yoga can bring a number of benefits to baby as well as parent:

This morning I had a great group of 7 women and babies join me for class. The babies ranged from 8 weeks to 9 months. It’s am amazing organized chaotic time.. with moms connecting with their babies.. whether they are crying or smiling. I love receiving my own baby fix, by holding them so moms can practice.  Join me every Saturday at 9am at Belly Bliss for this fun class. The first half of class is yoga for babies, and then moms enjoy post natal yoga.
