Why Kids Yoga?

Casey’s passion for kids yoga grew out of her love for yoga and for her daughter Grace, now 4 years young. Casey has been teaching yoga since 1998 and has experienced tremendous personal and spiritual transformation, that she couldn’t help but share it. When she found out that she was surprisingly pregnant in 2005, she knew that this blessing was a part of the gift of yoga and that she had a bigger message to share. She has been teaching yoga to babies, new moms, toddler and kids for years and loves seeing the joy and happiness that it brings to all ages.
